Faced with a problem to fix a badly rotten window and combined French door frame at the back of my Kitchen I sought someone who could help me. I feared the rot was close to being bad enough to require substantial bespoke repair work or even to have to replace the whole unit at substantial cost. I searched on the web for someone to repair the frame and came across Mark Osborne who I contacted. He asked me to send a couple of photographs and said he would be able to prepare a quote based on the information that I had given him.

Sure enough he confirmed that he could repair the damage and gave me a figure for the work which was in my opinion very competitive and would fit me in to his schedule as soon as possible. When he completed the job he did so with a professional approach, skill, care and attention, clean, tidy and a nice person to deal with. He also repaired a smaller area of rot at the base of the window frame without charging additional cost.

I am very happy that the work has been done and saved me worrying further and I would be happy to have Mark do other work for me - without doubt I can recommend him and his team to others.
